RACHNA SHARMA
President & CEORachna is the President & CEO of Minuteman Group since 2009, and responsible for the company’s overall customers, strategy, finances and growth.
Rachna worked in Brand and Account Management with Kraft Foods, Colgate/Palmolive, Sprint and Standard & Poor’s. She volunteers for Compass for Kids, an organization that helps homeless mothers with workforce development training, coaching and mentoring, and the admissions Departments at Cornell University and Wellesley College, where she served on the Alumnae Board. Rachna graduated with a BA from Wellesley College and holds an MBA from Cornell University. |
PURAN DANG
Founder & AdvisorMr. Dang is the Founder and former Chairman of Minuteman Group. He is currently an advisor to the company.
After graduating from engineering, he worked in the US and India for Burroughs, Citgo, Shell, Charles T Main and Stone & Webster before founding the Minuteman Group in 1979. He is known for his charitable contributions to music, political education, and education of the underprivileged. He is the founder or Chairman of fifteen organizations including MIT Heritage Of The Arts Of South Asia, Indian Institutes Of Technology Society In New England ( IIT-SINE ), and one of the founding Charter Members of TIE-Boston. He holds a B.Tech. (Hons) degree from IIT Kharagpur, BSc (Hons) BS in Physics from University of Delhi and an MBA from Western New England University. |
